Comedian Sam Bloomstone Defends Eboni Williams After Drama

The comedian Eboni K. Williams was accused of being disrespectful to during Chanel Omari’s All Star Comedy Show presented by Chanel in the City podcast in New York City days ago in speaking out in her defense.

After a number of Twitter users, including a professional comedian, called out the Real Housewives of New York City star for being “disruptive” during Sam Bloomstone‘s set by hopping on stage and grabbing his microphone, Sam shared a telling message with his fans and followers.

The message was shared on December 2 after someone pointed out that he’s likely gotten “some free publicity” out of the incident.

“What’s the comedian’s name? This has given him some free publicity and while awkward at first, looked to be all in good fun. If he didn’t mind, no one else should be bothered. It’s comedy,” the Twitter user noted.

“Such a good point! He was lovely…Sam Bloomstone,” Eboni replied.

After the RHONY star weighed in on the comment, Sam also spoke out.

“Eboni was great. All in good fun!” he replied.

Also present during the comedy show were RHONY alum Barbara Kavovit, and former Real Housewives of Orange County star Braunwyn Windham-Burke, both of whom participated with Eboni in a comedy bit at the beginning of the show.

As host Chanel opened up the star-studded show, the ladies were seen on stage joking about what it takes to be a Real Housewives cast member before singing “Happy Birthday.”

Although some didn’t appreciate Eboni hopping on stage amid Sam’s set, the crowd at the show went nuts for the ladies’ routine.

Earlier this week, as Sam told jokes on stage, Eboni was prompted to get out of her seat after he shaded her for looking like she got dressed at JCPenny.

“It’s not about being funny, b-tch. What it’s about is you respecting a motherf–king Black queen,” Eboni told Sam after taking the mic from his hand. “What we don’t do is JCPenney b-tch, OK? A b-tch like me, you gotta respect, bro — on your worst day.”

Then, before returning to her seat, Eboni slapped Sam’s butt and told him she was wearing items from Italian designers.

Eboni was brought to the Real Housewives of New York City cast for season 13 and has expressed interest in returning for the series’ upcoming 14th season.
