Families fight for accountability after generations were exposed to toxic water in North Carolina

The Department of Veterans Affairs will cover medical expenses for some military families sickened by toxic water at a North Carolina base. But a CBS News investigation found that families are still fighting to get their stories heard in court. Senior investigative correspondent Catherine Herridge reports.
