Ni No Kuni: Cross Worlds players using the Witch should prepare for solo ranged combat and choose passive/special skills to amplify her abilities.
In Ni No Kuni: Cross Worlds, players can select a Witch build if they hope to play a spellcaster. The Witch appears as a fashion-forward perfectionist at first, but she is also a formidable magic user capable of inflicting heavy damage. Different elements of her skillset can be adjusted according to playstyle and to maximize her potential for spellcasting. Additionally, players can also customize her appearance in Ni No Kuni: Cross Worlds. Because of her stats, the Witch build is an excellent choice for players who mostly prefer to play the game solo.
Players who select the Witch should anticipate battling alone and casting magic spells at a distance from their opponents instead of melee combat. The Witch is equipped to deal heavy damage to her enemies quickly, but she has very few support abilities, unlike some other classes. Because her combat spells perform best from a distance, the Witch can benefit from staying a safe distance away from enemies, and she has decent mobility options if needed. The Witch performs best in battle in Ni No Kuni: Cross Worlds against elite mobs as her spells generally target a single opponent at a time.
One of the Witch’s best spells is Piercing Storm, which is an attack that can knock over enemies for 1.5 seconds. This move is impossible to counter and is an excellent choice for her opening attack. Another attack she can use against her enemies is Spear Dance. With this move, she will rise into the air and perform a spinning attack while wielding her spear and attacking her opponents. This move also acts as a defensive move because it grants the Witch a 10% protection shield. Winged Spear is another move where the Witch will spin her weapon in Ni No Kuni: Cross Worlds and deals damage to her enemies in addition to slowing their movements for three seconds. Finally, the Witch’s Ultimate attack is Infinite Spears, which allows her to summon spears to fall from the sky and deal 80% damage. Additionally, Monsters near the Witch will incur 100% more damage, making her Ultimate an excellent choice for eliminating mobs or any group of enemies.
Ni No Kuni: Cross Worlds: Best Passive and Special Skills for the Witch
For passive skills, players may want to consider Rapid Pulse or Bright Mirror. Rapid Pulse will allow the Witch to boost her normal attacks and the attack speed of her party. This skill can be particularly useful if the player is aligned with a speed character, like a Swordsman or Rogue. Alternatively, Bright Mirror will boost the Witch’s damage output for every eight standard attacks she performs. Additionally, it will guarantee she lands a critical hit on her opponents in Ni No Kuni: Cross Worlds.
For special skills, players may want to consider Meteor Strike. This skill will allow the Witch to unleash a meteor attack to stun everything in a mid to long blast radius. This move will allow her to escape from a difficult situation or begin her rotations without being attacked. Alternatively, Thorn Trap enables the Witch to stun her opponents by summoning vines and binding her enemies. Similar to Meteor Strike, this move also allows for an easy escape.
Ni no Kuni: Cross Worlds is available for iOS, Android, and PC.
