Tom Holland’s Uncharted performed above expectations at the top of this weekend’s box office.
Sony Pictures’ newest video game adaptation Uncharted starring Tom Holland and Mark Wahlberg debuted to impressive numbers over its first three days. The film opened to an estimated $44.2 million in its opening weekend, with it projected to reach an impressive $51 million over the long four-day Presidents Day Weekend.
Right behind Tom Holland’s Uncharted at the box office is the new Channing Tatum film Dog. The film also performed above expectations, grossing $15.1 million in its first three days, on track to an $18.1 million debut during Presidents Day weekend.
And as expected, Tom Holland’s record-breaking Spider-Man: No Way Home sits at #3 at the box office this weekend, with Kenneth Branagh’s Death on the Nile at #4 and Jackass Forever rounding out the Top 5 this weekend.

“Uncharted introduces audiences to street-smart Nathan Drake (Tom Holland) and showcases his first treasure-hunting adventure with wisecracking partner Victor ‘Sully’ Sullivan (Mark Wahlberg). Inspired by the acclaimed video game series, this action-adventure epic spans the globe and follows Nate and Sully as they embark on the dangerous pursuit of ‘the greatest treasure never found’ while also tracking clues that may lead to Nate’s long-lost brother.”
Directed by Reuben Fleischer from a script written by Art Marcum & Matt Holloway and Rafe Judkins, Uncharted is being produced by Sony PlayStation Productions, with Asad Qizilbash and Carter Swan producing alongside Charles Roven, Avi Arad, Alex Gartner, and Ari Arad.
