AFL Round 17 LIVE: Melbourne Demons face Geelong Cats in top-of-the-table clash at GMHBA Stadium

Q: One v Two tonight, healthy list. Back in form. This is what you live for.

A: Perfect, great night for football. No better challenge than coming to Geelong and playing a good side. They have been a good side for many years. We are looking forward to coming down here and playing well.

Q: Defence is sound. Does anything change at all when you have Jeremy Cameron pushing right up the ground?

A: We will certainly hold our back six. Harrison Petty did a great job in the last few years. We will assess where he has impact and adjust from there. Obviously, had big impact kicking goals.

Q: Luke Jackson was able to hold down his end before having a week off himself. Where do you deploy big Maxy tonight?

A: It gives us [the option to] deploy him anywhere. If we need someone in the forward half of the ground we will deploy Max. See how we go.

Q: I have to admit. I had doubt whether Jack Viney can get back to where he is now. Obviously [you] can play Petracca a little more forward. He [Viney] is nearly career-best form at the moment.

A: He is. He worked hard after injuries to train to a level to get back. He has been inspiration this year.

Q: What do you do during the week to make sure you [don’t kick it on the full]. We see a lot of visiting teams go out of bounds on the full.

A: Last week it was similar. Down the line is hard to get transition. There will be an aerial battle down the line. We will see who comes out on top in that phase.

Q: Stengle, who goes to him?

A: He is a dynamic forward kicked goals. ‘Hibbo’ [Michael Hibberd] down back has done a great job for us.

Q: At minus 37 on the ground. Are you going to go up to the box and put an electric blanket on?

A: I bRought a beanie. I definitely might use that tonight.
