Services

Complimentary New Patient Health Check

We offer a free health check with a veterinarian for all newly-registered pets, helping you make the right choice for your pet’s care.

Healthcare Plan for Savings

Our healthcare plan covers routine vaccinations, flea and worm control through a monthly direct debit. Members save significantly while ensuring their pet receives quality care against common health issues.

Importance of Wellness Health Screen

Detecting potential health issues before symptoms arise can safeguard your pet from serious diseases. Suitable for most adult cats and dogs, this screening includes a physical exam, and blood and urine tests to assess various aspects of their health.

Next Steps

Your vet will interpret the results and provide recommendations based on your pet’s health. Using the results as a baseline allows for better monitoring and early disease detection.

Requesting a Wellness Screen

To book your pet’s Wellness screen, contact your vet or a staff member. Screens can be scheduled during annual vaccinations or ProActive Pet’s 6-month health checks.

Career

Locum Vets and Nurses

At the Goddard Veterinary Group, we understand that the IR35 legislation has brought about changes in the locum work landscape. We recognize the uniqueness of each individual, and as a result, we have carefully considered our approach. As a group, we have opted not to make a blanket decision concerning LTD companies. Instead, we will continue to offer opportunities for booking locum shifts via an Ltd company after April 6th, 2021.

Our approach involves assessing each locum situation on an individual basis. If the need is to cover sporadic shifts on irregular days and various locations, we will still be able to facilitate payment through an Ltd company. Many shifts are open to cover holidays, sickness, CPD, or job vacancies. Additionally, we often have the capacity to provide accommodation.

If you are interested in working with the Goddard Veterinary Group as a locum, please get in touch with our dedicated Locum Coordinators on this link. In the event that we do not currently have any locum positions available, you can explore opportunities through SynergyVets Recruitment.
