Mr. Dwyer, a former marketing consultant for NRL clubs including the Panthers, Newcastle Knights, and Parramatta Eels, has been involved in various aspects of the sport for years. He was responsible for increasing footy card sales from $2 million to $12 million in one season during his tenure as the holder of the NRL Trading Card Licence.

Over the past two decades, the property has been the backdrop for countless cherished memories. As their children have grown and moved out, the Dwyers are now planning to downsize to a beachside apartment.
